Montgomery County’s Mobile Health Clinic is offering free sports physicals this summer for all Montgomery County residents. These walk‑in clinics provide an opportunity for students to complete their required athletic physicals before the fall sports season.

No appointments needed – first come, first served.
Students should bring a valid photo ID, proof of Montgomery County residency, their Pre‑Participation Physical Evaluation for Athletics form, and parent or legal guardian.
